“We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Diana!”
She helped us both buy our new home and sell our previous home, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose her! Throughout both processes, Diana was always so sweet, patient, and cool, calm, and collected (even when we weren’t!). She constantly checked in to ask what was worrying us, how we were feeling, and what she could do to help ease our minds. She was incredibly responsive and communicative, whether it was answering our late-night texts, early-morning questions, or helping us navigate any requests or concerns that came up. She always made us feel like we were a priority and never made us feel like we were asking too much. After losing out on three other homes for various reasons before working with Diana, we were feeling pretty discouraged. But she made such a difference in our experience. Her patience, reassurance, and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much to us. Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but having Diana by our side made everything feel so much more manageable. We are beyond grateful for her and so happy to be in our new home!
